100% hand harvested Pinot Noir aged in oak for around 12 months (20% new).
Classic pinot. Bright and clear. The nose is open and oriented on slightly minty floral notes. Structured mouth, both solid and elegant. Nice mineral length.
A great accompaniment to roasts and meat dishes served with sauce, as well as your favourite soft cheeses.
