This is a beautifully balanced wine with what can only be described as a deliciously fresh, zingy flavour with notes of yellow apple, pear, white peach, and apricot. A delicious dry sparkling wine made with the delicate and aromatic Prosecco (Glera) grapes which are grown on the hillsides of the Friuli region of north eastern Italy.
